Newcastle striker move breaks down
Striker Emmanuel Riviere's set to stay at Newcasle United '“ after Lille switched targets.
Reports in France claim the French club is set to sign Eder on loan from Swansea City.
Lille had been looking at Riviere and Frankfurt striker Haris Seferovic.
However, it is claimed that Newcastle and Frankfurt were unwilling to loan their players, and were instead looking to sell.
And Lille, according to reports, were unable to finance a permanent move for either player.
Riviere has been restricted to just one appearance for United this season because of a knee injury.
