'Fugitives' from South Shields wanted for next series of Channel 4's Hunted
The deadline for wannabe fugitives eager to go on the run across Britain in a bid to win a share of £100,000 has been extended until Sunday, March 8.
The application deadline for the sixth series of Channel 4’s Hunted has been extended – there are still a few days to sign up.
The hit TV series follows a number of volunteers as they try to go “off the grid” and turn fugitive in the UK in a bid to win £100,000.
Now the team at Shine TV, behind the popular Channel 4 show, are looking for men and women of all ages to try and evade capture from a team of expert trackers.
A spokesman for the production company said: “We are looking for people from a variety of backgrounds and professions who think they have what it takes to disappear in 21st century Britain.
“They could be going it alone or with friends, family or colleagues.”
A prize of £100,000 will be shared equally between the fugitives who successfully evade capture and make it to the pick-up point at the end of their time on the run.
