Georgia, who has celebral palsy, presented Jade with a bag full of gifts as they met for the second time, following on from a visit to the Thompson home back in 2011.
The two share a love of Ru Paul’s Drag Race, and chatted about the show which Jade appeared on as a guest judge on.
Before they met, Georgia said: “I just want to cry, I’m shaking because I’m so excited.

After their meet up, Jade said: “It’s so important, I’ve been working with Cancer Connections since I was 12, I’ve sang at fundraisers, and I’ve had family I have lost to cancer and so I know how great it is for them and also the local community and the friends and family that are helped as well.
“It’s really important for me to support it and I always will.

“Georgia has been a fan since she was little, eight-years-old, and she’s been to every single tour.
