Chris Bond, the Managing Director of North Haven CS, has stated that the scale and speed of the growth has been notable against the backdrop of a broader national trend towards private care.

He said: “We've gone from our previous private client base to 50% more in three months, that's the highest number of private clients we've ever had.

“What's striking is that the majority of those enquiries are coming through recommendation.

“Families who've seen the care we provide to someone they know, and who want the same for their relatives. That's the most honest validation we can get."

"What North Haven has built is exactly what families are looking for when they go private — consistency, a strong regulatory record, and carers who actually know their clients.

“When you combine that with the word-of-mouth that naturally follows good care, you get the kind of growth North Haven is seeing right now.

“People aren't choosing private care reluctantly. They're choosing it deliberately, and they're choosing North Haven specifically."
