Remembering spiritual adventure to Lourdes

Today, teenager Ruth Lloyd describes her “most memorable” experience with De la Salle – a trip to Lourdes.

“Lourdes is the most spiritual experience I have ever had,” reveals Ruth. “It opened my eyes to the less fortunate.

“After Lourdes you do not perceive life in the same way. It is like you have looked at life as a distorted photograph until you have visited Lourdes. It gives peace to all who go; you no longer have any worries and if you do they are all shouldered by the many people that go on this adventure with you.”
