South Shields-born former Sunderland youngster NOT joining Hearts
South Shields-born Blair Adams won't be making a deadline-day move to SPL club Hearts.
Adams, who started his career with Sunderland, is playing for League Two Notts County but has attracted the attention of the Edinburgh outfit.
The 24-year-old graduated from the Black Cats’ academy before moving to Coventry City.
Reports in Scotland say he is one of a number of targets for Hearts, who are looking to add a left-back to their ranks before the deadline, which is midnight north of the border.
However, the Gazette understands that there has been no contact between Adams and Hearts.
