Yellow lines are needed

We read a lot about parking on pavements but can anyone enlighten me as to why we now have a long row of cars parked outside STDH?

Surely, there should be yellow lines here?

Is this yet another example of people trying to avoid the excessive parking charges or just a further reminder of the woefully inadequate car park?

Please let’s see some yellow lines painted before there is an accident.

This road is busy enough without this.
