Callum Wilson's seven-word message that Newcastle United fans will love

The 29-year-old frontman has missed the Magpies last six games with a hamstring injury but looks set to return in the next few weeks.

Wilson is Newcastle’s top scorer with 10 Premier League goals this season, after arriving from Bournemouth last summer.

The striker posted a video with some of those goals on his Instagram page, with the caption: “Can’t wait to get back out there.”

Newcastle are now preparing for a home meeting with Tottenham on Sunday, April 4 and won’t play this weekend due to international fixtures.

Steve Bruce’s side will then face Burnley, West Ham, Liverpool, Arsenal, Leicester, Manchester City, Sheffield United and Fulham before the end of the campaign.

Wilson’s return will be a massive boost for the Magpies who are now just two points above the relegation zone following a 3-0 defeat at Brighton.
