Despite THREE new signings, Newcastle United's bench has fans concerned
Three new players but it's the same old problems for Newcastle United.
Only one striker on the pitch and none on the bench. This is how Twitter reacted to the Norwich team news...
@MattCobb88 Matthew – “No attacking options on the bench.”
@Geordie_Hollie7 – “Sadly, I see it being a very frustrating afternoon for Newcastle- similar to when we played Brighton. See the score being 0-0.”
@Ste_NUFC_Burnip – “Defensive team at home to Norwich why??”
@JamesFernienufc – “#NUFC what is the point in signing Lazaro and rose if they are going to be on the bench.”
@DeanWales2 – “Worrying not seeing Matty Longstaff on the bench today. Hopefully he’s not negotiating a contract with another club!!!”
@kingkie1994 – “This bench week in week out is tragic – not one striker on it.”
@Stuart_Herd – “Look at all those attacking options. Didn't need a striker at all did we.”
