Willock made it seven goals from seven games with a strike in yesterday’s season-ending 2-0 win over Fulham. The midfielder, signed on loan from Arsenal in January’s transfer window, ran half the length of the pitch before opening the scoring at Craven Cottage.
“Watching him play, you can see a young player enjoying himself, and enjoying the freedom that we’ve given to him, the licence to run forward,” said head coach Bruce. “He’s given us something which we certainly didn’t have before.

Asked about his future, Willock said: "We’ll see what the future holds. I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to play for this wonderful club, and I’m happy it’s gone so well.”
