Sadly, Keegan also revealed his cancer has reached stage four. This is the most advanced phase, meaning the disease has spread to other parts of his body.

Keegan’s family confirmed the 75-year-old’s diagnosis in January after he experienced abdominal pain. Hours later, Newcastle beat Leeds United 4-3 in thrilling Keegan fashion to pay the ultimate tribute.
