Newcastle United player ratings from Arsenal – with Miles Starforth picking out awful Magpies trio

Newcastle United’s Premier League slump continued at Arsenal as Steve Bruce did things ‘his way’ – but his side produced a performance of little difference.

Goalless and toothless at the break, you could argue there was a marked improvement at the Emirates in comparison to the very low base set at Bramall Lane. But in the second half, as United retreated further and further back, the wheels came off.
