Hide AdBoadu, who can play as a left-winger or central striker, has 13 goals and eight assists in his 22 Eredivisie games for AZ Alkmaar this season.
The frontman was handed his full international debut by Ronald Koeman in November, aged just 18 and 10 months. And in his 45 minutes in Oranje, he netted a debut goal in a European Championship qualifying win over Estonia.
Boadu is understood to be attracting attention from a number of clubs in the Premier League and beyond after an impressive breakthrough year at former United Europa League foes Alkmaar.
Meanwhile, after a barren three games in the Premier League, Bruce is considering fielding Dwight Gayle up front with Joelinton.
