Pep Guardiola confirms Manchester City star will miss Newcastle United clash
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has confirmed Kevin De Bruyne will miss Friday’s trip to Newcastle United.
The Belgian has struggled with a knock in recent weeks and as a result missed last weekend’s 2-1 home defeat to Chelsea.
With the Premier League title secured on Tuesday, City’s talisman is now facing a race to be fit for the Champions League final against Chelsea on May 29.
