Steve Bruce explains Ryan Fraser decision at Newcastle United
Fraser’s fellow new signings Callum WIlson and Jeff Hendrick were on target in a 2-0 season-opening Premier League win for Newcastle United over West Ham United last night.

“Look, Ryan hasn't played since March,” said head coach Bruce. “He didn’t train with us until Wednesday. He’s kept himself in remarkable condition. He’ll be a big favourite of the supporters too the way he plays. I’ve only seen him train the last couple of days, but, mark my words, he will excite.”
