Newcastle United take on Fulham at Craven Cottage looking to end a disappointing campaign on a high.

Sean Longstaff replaces Joelinton, forced off in midweek, in Steve Bruce’s team. Allan Saint-Maximin and Martin Dubravka have been passed fit to play after suffering calf and hamstring problems respectively in Wednesday night’s 1-0 win over Sheffield United at St James’s Park.

Newcastle are 15th in the table with 42 points, two short of last season’s total. Head coach Bruce said: “We must finish off well. We have a chance to be better than last year in terms of our points total, so let's do our utmost to do that. The resolve and belief of the players has been terrific – just when we needed it."

NEWCASTLE UNITED: Dubravka, Murphy, Krafth, Fernandez, Dummett, Ritchie, Shelvey, S Longstaff, Willock, Almiron, Saint-Maximin. Subs: Gillespie, Clark, M Longstaff, Schar, Carroll, Gayle, Lewis, Hendrick, Manquillo.
