Cyclist taken to hospital after collision in East Boldon
A cyclist has been taken to hospital following a collision in East Boldon, South Tyneside, this morning.
Police were called to Front Street in East Boldon at 10.35am this morning after the 47-year-old cyclist came off his bike.
The ambulance service arrived on scene at 10.51am and the man was taken to South Tyneside District Hospital.
The level of his injuries are not known, but they are not believed to be life-threatening.
