There are so many gorgeous dogs in search of their forever home this week across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria and Leeds rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 19 of the dogs searching for a forever home.

9. Loki (Staffordshire Bull Terrier, 11 years)
Loki enjoys going for walks and still shows his foster mum his playful side rolling on his back and having a playful 5 minutes now and then. This super staffy is looking for his forever retirement home where he can go for daily walks or wanders. A garden would be nice for time off lead but is not essential. He settles well when left and sleeps throughout the night. He enjoys his food and takes treats nicely. Loki could live with visiting children 14 yrs plus but being a golden oldie we feel he would be better suited to a quieter adult home where he can enjoy a slower pace life. If you are staffy lover and think you could be his forever home, please apply. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Cumbria

10. Max (Belgian Shepherd Dog, one-two years)
Max is a highly intelligent fun chap who is looking for owners to channel his boundless enthusiasm with lots of exercise but more importantly mental stimulation. Lovers of the breed with previous experience would be ideal for him. Max's ideal home would have someone around through the day and be adult only with no other pets whilst he works on his dog skills. He must have a quiet, secure private garden to enjoy some off lead time and a safe space for him to rest and sleep that he can call his own. Max can be unsure around cars so a quieter area with limited traffic would work best for him. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington

11. Chase (English Springer Spaniel, six years)
Are you a lover of all things Spaniel? Then meet Chase! He's a 6yr old Sprocker and the absolute poster boy for his breed! He will need adopters who enjoy plenty of outdoors adventures and ongoing training as he likes to be kept busy. He doesn't look for trouble with other dogs out and about, but he prefers them to keep their distance. He'll need to be the only pet in an adult only home so he can properly settle into a consistent and predictable routine. A secure garden is vital as he likes to burn off energy and it will also help with his housetraining. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

12. Aussie (Crossbreed, seven years)
Aussie is adored by his handlers because he’s so affectionate and intelligent! He loves tasty treats, which is brilliant for his training and building up a bond with him. Aussie already knows all the basic moves but loves learning new tricks and showing them off to his friends. Aussie can be shy when meeting new people, but after a few visits and he has a bond with you, he’s a loyal and loving boy. Aussie has bags of potential and just needs to find the right home where he can be kept active and have a sofa to snuggle on! | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds
