There are so many gorgeous dogs in search of their forever home this week across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria and Leeds rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 21 of the dogs searching for a loving family and forever home this week.

13. Oscar (Border Collie Cross, six years)
Oscar is already proving to be a popular boy with his handlers! He's a smart lad who gets a lot out of his training. Being very foody means that continuing this will be super easy and lots of fun. He really enjoys a good run and gets very playful, especially when the toys come out! He'll need a little time to fully bond, but once he's settled he's an affectionate lad with so much love to give. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

14. Abbie (German Shepherd, two-five years)
Abbie is a lovely young German Shepherd. She is good to walk, and mostly walks on a loose lead. She has walked in the countryside as well as busier roads on the edge of the city centre. This lovely girl was handed into the dog warden after being passed on from a previous home, she needs to gain a couple of kilograms in weight but overall is in good condition. Amazing Abbie is happy to meet and greet new people, she loves getting out for walks, is willing to jump in the car to go on adventures, She she knows a few basic commands and is very foodie - so this will help with future training. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Cumbria

15. Lenny (Great Dane, two years)
Lenny is a real gentle giant! He can be quite a shy boy in new environments but he loves his walkies in quieter areas. He loves his food and he is really clever so he will be great to do some fun training with. He is already fully housetrained. He's a very playful lad and likes bouncing around with soft toys! He will form a strong bond with his favourite humans and once he's settled he'll want to snuggle with you all the time, so if you are looking for a larger-than-life BFF who'll always be by your side then look no further than our Lenny. You can hardly miss him! | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

16. Blue (French Bulldog, two-five years)
Blue is a real little dude and is doing really well in his foster home. His foster carer tells us he’s already fully housetrained and lots of fun once he’s bonded with you. He’s friendly with everyone he meets and LOVES his walkies. Due to him being worried by other dogs he needs to be walked in quiet areas where he won’t see many, but he happily wears his muzzle so he’s very manageable. He travels well too so won’t mind being chauffeured to peaceful walking spots. If you love classic Frenchie character, then you might be a great match for Blue. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds
