Whether you’re a resident, business owner or part of a local community group in the Whitburn Forum area, this is your opportunity to have your say on how Whitburn could be represented in the future.

Parish councils are given budgets, have some tax raising powers, run certain local services, have a right to be consulted on public enquiries into major planning applications, maintain public buildings and amenities, pass some byelaws.

Members are elected every four years.
