WATCH: What to expect from Beyonce at the Stadium of Light


Beyoncé's Formation world tour is well under way in the US where she's wowed crowds in Tampa, Raleigh, Miami and Atlanta.
In six weeks, it will be Sunderland's turn when she takes to the stage in front of 52,000 fans at the home of the Black Cats to open the European leg of the tour.

Hide AdThe June 28 show will be the iconic singer's first-ever stadium performance in the North East, with Sunderland selected as one of only five UK venues to host the global superstar and one of only two stadium venues in England, the other being Wembley.
As well as tracks from her latest album Lemonade, including Formation and Hold Up, fans will be treated to music from her extensive back catalogue which includes Crazy in Love, Bootylicious, Run the World, Drunk in Love and more.
A DJ support act for the Sunderland date is due to be announced soon.
Despite Bey's Wearside debut selling out in a day, extra tickets were released once the sight lines for the staging were confirmed.The club have also released a small number of hospitality packages.
