Alan Shearer’s three-word comment after naming FOUR Newcastle United players in team of the week

Four Newcastle United players have been named in Alan Shearer’s Premier League team of the week following Saturday’s 4-0 win over Aston Villa.

Goalscorers Callum Wilson, Miguel Almiron and Joelinton were all named in Shearer’s XI along with defender Kieran Trippier, who assisted Wilson’s second goal. Shearer also named Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe as ‘manager of the week’.

The Magpies secured a third straight home win to remain in the top four in the Premier League table after 13 matches.

And when posting his team of the week on Instagram, Shearer accompanied it with the caption: “It makes sense!”
