Newcastle United transfer news RECAP: Steve Bruce and Valentino Lazaro react as Inter Milan winger signs on loan

There’s just a week to go until the end of the January transfer window and Newcastle United have secured their second loan signing of the month.

Winger Valentino Lazaro complete a loan move from Inter Milan on Friday afternoon to follow on from Nabil Bentaleb’s loan from Schalke 04 earlier this week.

Magpies boss Steve Bruce also held his pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup meeting with Oxford.
