Steve Bruce 'in the dark' over his future at Newcastle United

Newcastle United's head coach hasn’t heard from owner Mike Ashley – or the prospective new owners, according to the Daily Star.

The proposed £300million takeover is with the Premier League for its owners’ and directors’ test.

Bruce, it’s reported, was “under the impression that the takeover would have been signed, sealed and delivered by now”.

Newcastle’s players were yesterday tested for coronavirus ahead of a planned return to small-scale training tomorrow.
