Sam Fender announces plans for deluxe album by teasing collaboration

Sam Fender has confirmed a deluxe version of his third album with an advert in London.

The North Tyneside-born star released his third album ‘People Watching’ at the start of this year.

It was met with near-universal acclaim following the February release in addition to giving Fender his third number one album.

The new release is expected to include new, additional songs from the People Watching studio sessions, but one advert has caught the eye of fans.

Pictured on a Hackney street in the capital, the advert confirms the deluxe edition of People Watching as well as text for Fender’s website.

The largest part of the text reads “Track 02. Talk To You (ft.)” before a penned out name.

This has left fans wondering how the collaboration could be with.

Some fans are suggesting Noah Kahan as a reaction to the pair’s song Homesick from January 2024. Other suggestions include Lewis Capaldi and Olivia Dean, who has already worked with Fender this year.

Fender’s album has two new countdowns on its homepage. One counts down to midnight on Friday, October 17, while another counts down to midnight on Friday, December 5.

It is thought the first is in reference to the first single from the extended release, while the second is the release date of the full deluxe album itself.
