Housebuilder McCarthy Stone throws summer garden party at South Shields development
A housebuilding firm is inviting people to a summer get-together at one of its developments.
McCarthy Stone is inviting people to raise a glass to better times ahead at its Seymour Court project in Ambleside Avenue, South Shields on Tuesday June 29, between 1pm and 3pm.
Visitors will be able to join in with drinks and nibbles, and have the opportunity to meet the McCarthy Stone team where they can find out more about the apartments on offer.
Guests are welcome to bring along a family member or friends, but it is essential they book their place ahead to ensure social distancing.
McCarthy Stone said the events will be organised in compliance with the latest Government guidance, with all necessary hygiene and safety measure in place.
Fiona Brooks, divisional sales and marketing Director, said: “Traditionally our summer parties are a great opportunity for local people to come and experience first-hand the fun and sociable lifestyle that comes as part of a brand-new McCarthy Stone apartment.
“This year of course things are a little different, but we are thrilled to be able to once again open up our developments to visitors, in a safe and controlled way.
"The pandemic has led to a shift in focus for many people, with time to reflect on the suitability of their housing needs, location and priorities for retirement.
"The McCarthy Stone lifestyle is all about living life to the full, and staying as independent and active for as long as possible.”
Refreshments will be provided, with places to sit and relax and organised tours of the show apartments.
There will also be a raffle to win a Fortnum & Mason hamper worth £100.
