5. Zeus (Dobermann, five-seven years)
This handsome chap is pure amazingness! He has such a big heart and has so much love to give. Zeus loves spending time with his doggy and human pals and won’t miss an opportunity to lean in for a snuggle. He is eager when on the lead so will benefit from some training in this area along with a few other basics. Treats will aid this. Zeus enjoys his playtimes galloping around with his toys before settling down next you. A home with a garden will be ideal for this big lad. We have all fallen for this guy and we are sure it won’t be long before he steals your heart too! Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington
Willow is a lovely lady who on the lookout for a home that will take her on plenty of adventures and play a game of fetch or two in her garden. She will be best suited to being the only pooch in the home but could have the odd walking friend. Willow will need to have her own space to enjoy her meals and for this reason she will be best suited to having an adult only home. She will be ok to be left on her own for a few hours once settled into her home. Adopters will be asked to visit Willow a few times before she heads home. Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington
Ronnie would enjoy a home where he can get out for an active walk and then come home to get cosy on the sofa. He loves Beach walks, woodland walks and being out for a long time! He would like a secure garden to zoomie, relax and toileting. He loves toys, squeaky ones, balls and soft toys too. He is used to being fussed, petted, stoked and having his belly rubbed. He would like a home free of cats and small animals. Photo: Dogs Trust Cumbria
We do believe Riley is going to be a rather large Lurcher, given his paw size! Riley is a playful puppy, who will require lots of stimulation to keep his young mind busy. He would love a secure garden to play and relax in, this would also be beneficial for his continued toilet training. Riley knows some basic commands and has recently started recall training in a secure field. Riley has proved to be a couch potato within the home and will settle down for affection and lounge about on the furniture in weird sighthound positions. Riley could live with confident children, who are used to larger breed dogs. Riley can also live with another playful dog. Riley would like someone to be around for most of the day while he settles, he is happy for approx 1 hour in his foster home at present, so adopters will need to work on time left alone at a pace this big puppy is comfortable with.
