Freya is a 6 month old Belgian Mallinois cross. Freya is a super sweet girl who has come into our care from a background where she has not experienced much of normal everyday life. Freya is looking for a home with owners who have owned a working breed or shepherd type breed before and understand the level of exercise and mental stimulation she will require. She will need an active home and could live with children aged 14 years old and above. Here are the dogs across the North hoping to find their forever home this May.

Dogs Trust currently has so many gorgeous pups up for adoption across the North and North East.

Darlington, Cumbria, Leeds and Edinburgh rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.

Zena is a fabulous dog who’s got a lot of potential, but she needs her adopters to put in a bit of training work initially. She is very strong on lead so certainly not for the feint-hearted, but she’s doing well with her loose-lead training and in confident and capable hands she is very manageable. After a few meets you’ll find her lots of fun, and super cuddly with her friends! She has been working on her dog socialisation and will need to continue this slowly once she’s settled into her new home. If you love big, beefy affectionate dogs then you could be a great match for Zena.
