Success in appeal to find 13-year-old who went missing after leaving BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend

Police have confirmed a boy who sparked an urgent appeal after he went missing after he left the BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend site has been found.

Cleveland Police asked for help to find Nasir Shah, 13, who had last been seen at around 5pm yesterday at the Stewart Park in Middlesbrough.

The force has now said he has been "located safe and well."

It added: "Thank you to everyone for sharing the appeal."
