Entertainers welcome to try out at popular South Tyneside pub
Entertainers are invited to showcase their talents at a popular South Shields seafront pub.
One of South Tyneside’s liveliest pubs is offering live entertainment every week – and you can get perform yourself if you dare.
The Sand Dancer, on Sea Road in South Shields holds the event every Monday evening and features local musician Dean Clark.
The pub says: “Join Dean Clark and friends every Monday from 7pm for our live Buskers & Performance Showcase – the friendliest buskers around for all ages.”
This means live music and other performances from with South Tyneside musicians, singers, poets and stand-up comedians welcome to try their material on an audience. There are free pints for anyone brave enough to take to the stage.
The pub also has offers on cocktails all night, as well as offers on food.
The Sand Dancer adds: “Whether you’re performing or just coming along to enjoy the entertainment, Monday Club is all about great music, great vibes and friendly faces.”
