Two teenagers killed in the Manchester Arena terror attack five years ago are to be remembered with a special service held outside South Shields Town Hall.
The families of Chloe Rutherford and Liam Curry have been left ‘overwhelmed’ by the support from the people of South Tyneside after £12,000 was raised in their memory on Pink and Blue Day.
